Begin trimming your orthotic, using the outline as a guide. Trim with a sharp pair of scissors to achieve a clean cut. Focus only on trimming the length and shape of the toe end only. (yellow area from previous step)
For shoes with fixed insoles, trim 1mm of the MASS4D® insole at the toe end only (see the yellow area in step 5), in case it appears too long.
Your new insole should now be almost the same length and toe shape as the factory insole. Don’t worry if it’s not the exact size as the original size, it may still fit perfectly in your shoes.
In case of shoes with fixed insoles, simply see if your MASS4D® orthotic fits well in the shoe after trimming.
Place the MASS4D® insoles in your shoes. Walk around a little to ensure you’re comfortable. Please repeat the trimming process if your orthotics still don’t fit properly.
