Custom Insole - Uniqueness

By maintaining the right blend of flexibility and rigidity, MASS4D custom orthotics are able to make full contact with the patient’s feet at all times without collapsing. A collapsed insole that bottoms out to the ground under weight bearing is no more helpful to the wearer than being barefoot. Our insoles provide continued corrective support throughout use for optimal functional movement and comfort.

We achieve this balance by taking into account the patient’s bodyweight and activity levels so all variations in weight are considered at the time of designing the orthotic. Appropriate rigidity provides durability and protects the orthotic from collapsing whilst combating ground reaction forces. Proper flexibility allows for full functional pronation, range of healthy joint motion and wearer comfort.
